Best kept secret in Overland Park, Leawood, Kansas City area. My first home I sold by myself. My second I listed in MLS with a flat-fee service. Last summer I listed and sold my third home with New World Realty. Based on my experience there is no better value than the flat-fee option at New World Realty. Why? 1. You save money. You can do the math for your own home. I saved $9,000. That's free money you can do with what you want. (I purchased a new motorcycle!) This is hands down the best comparison shopping decision I have ever made. 2. You sacrifice nothing in terms of service. Since it was such a big savings, I expected and was prepared to do some work myself and/or forgo some service. They did it all and everything a full service broker would do. 3. They not only do everything, they do it well. They are experienced realtors with years of experience. They know other realtors in the area and can use their reputation and experience to solve issues most people can't solve on their own. 4. They do things REALLY well. I want to give a special shout out to Tera. What a consummate professional. To say my transaction was complicated/challenging is an understatement. It was a fixer-upper, I didn't have time to clean it and there were 4 other homes on the block for sale. (I'm being discreet and not mentioning the two most difficult challenges with the transaction.) She sold my house in a month at retail price. Thanks Tera! 5. I hesitate to mention this because it seems trivial compared to the other points I have made, but they have very tasteful yard signs. I didn't have to put a shabby looking For Sale By Owner sign in my yard.

We are so fortunate to have learned about New World Reality prior to selling our home. We had purchased 4 and sold 3 prior to this, so we had a very good idea of how the process worked and what to expect from a realtor.
